User Data Deletion Instructions

How to make a request

Email maverickprovidence@gmail.com with the subject “Maverick Workforce data deletion request”. If the information relates to your employment or workforce record, you may also contact the employer or organisation that manages your account.

Include your full name, account email or phone number, the organisation you work with, and a clear description of the information or account concerned. Do not email passwords, banking details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Verification and handling

We or the relevant organisation may need to verify your identity and authority before acting, to avoid deleting or disclosing another person's information. Data may be deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for legal, employment, contractual, payroll or accounting, compliance, security or dispute-related purposes.

Third-party information

Deleting information from Maverick Workforce does not necessarily delete information independently held by services such as Meta or WhatsApp. You may need to use the relevant provider's own account, privacy or deletion process for information it controls independently.
